During our visit, we got to meet Yosemite Sam, Birdie, Congo, Brutis, Maxwell, and Romeo and each bird seemed to have a personality of its own!
And here's the fun part: you might even be able to get one of the parrots to say hi. Some of the birds are known for mimicking words and sounds, so you never quite know what you're going to hear when you walk up. The shop itself even encourages visitors to stop, take pictures, and interact with the birds.
